Surname/last name addition ...comes under other names ?

Do I need to say YES when system ask for other names , if I only updated a surname /last name in my old passport?

Do I need to say YES when system ask for other names , if I only updated a surname /last name in my old passport?

No need to mention other name or nick name . Only mention your Documented name . If you used other name on your documents different from Passport then you need to mention otherwise no need to mention .
