Surname has only initial in marriage certificate

Hello,

I have recently received ITA. While checking on the documents to upload, I have realized that in my marriage certificate complete name of spouse is not mentioned. The Surname is mentioned in initials. Will it cause any problem?

@AnjuEve15 any updates on this, I'm sailing on the same boat my surname is listed with only initial in the marriage certificate is that going to be a problem? how did you proceed on this? is there an affidavit needed(although the name has never been "technically" changed, ie., eg.marriage certificate has my name "Anjana K" whereas passport has "Anjana Krishna"?

You can either amend the certificate or get a same-name affidavit.
