Surname differences

Hello, pls I’m about applying for a Canadian study visa and my dad is my sponsor. Now my dad uses SANNI as his surname and his first name is KAREEM but I use KAREEM as my surname. Is it okay to apply with my name in this manner or I must have same surname as my dad ?

pls I need someone with an experience to explain to me I’ve my pal ready and expiring soon.

It's totally fine as IRCC is well aware how we name children in those region! As long as your dad is mentioned in your passport personal details, it's all good!
