i need your guidance. my educational certificates are with my Name Qaiser Shahzad however, i made my passport with my Family name/Sure name addition. my passport shows Qaiser Shahzad Malik. need guidance on way forward how to deal with it for WES and IRCC when applying immigrant visa. Do i need LOE on Affidavit. if yes anyone can share its format for Affidavit.
1-my educational certificate till my COL MBA are based on my 10 grade name (Qaiser Shahzad) however my passport shows Qaiser Shahzad Malik. i cannot change my passport name and changing name on educational certificate is very troublesome activity here.
