hi i need some help on this.

Number 17 on DOCUMENT CHECKLIST.

An Original "Option C Printout" of you and your co-signers last notice of assessment for the most recent taxation year.

what is my choice in this case. i have been out of the country for more than 3 years. no co-signer because I'm applying for Spouse sponsorship. so should i ask revenue Canada to send me a print out. I'm i going to be charged a penalty ??? for not paying tax. I was not working while i was out of the country.

Since you don't have an option C as you haven't had taxable income, then just tell CIC that.

if you able to get dress on wedding dress and all stuff you have chance you know what i'm saying ... positive chance. dont make any dout on visa officer.. they are sucks and they never listen to us ...

Also try the free Assessment here. if you cant make documents your self try a representative they will advise you perfect. tell all story for one of them. and find a good immigration lawyer... that way you can be easy i use one for my case . he tak US 1800 its cheaper for me i paid him so my case so far gone fine..
