Supporting Documents (photo album) - will they be returned?

Hi all - assembling our proof package and thinking of printing a quality photo album to make it organized... Will this be returned to us? Or do they keep all that stuff?

Also - has any one ever uploaded an online photo album and provided proof that way - or do you always suggest we print the photos as hard copy? Looking for easier, more efficient ways to show our proof.

Don't include an album or binder of any kind. They don't accept these. You must either leave the photos loose (i.e. put them in an envelope) or print the photos on loose sheets of paper (if you have digital images).

They will not look at online information. Everything must be printed.

Sometimes documents are returned and sometimes they aren't. Best to assume you'll get nothing back. (My husband and I didn't receive anything back from the VO.)

The CIC actually follows the traditional way and they would require everything documented... so the best it to print and put them all arranged in an envelope..
