So I hired a consultant to process my immigration to Canada under the skilled worker category . Following are the details
1. I received my ITA on Jan 10 2018
2. Got my medical done on 27th March
3. Submitted all my documents on 4th April 2018

My query is my consultant did not ask for my experience letters and when i inquired he said he arranged those himself. I am really worried about this since I had all my original pay slips and experience letters which he did not use. will this affect my case?

Be very careful, if there’s misrepresentations in your application, it will be denied; regardless of whether you’re ignorant of it or not.

Contact your consultant and have him explain what he means by “he arranged those himself.” and insist on doing the right thing. You have all the docs anyway.

I did and he said if there will ever any problem in the case CIC will not reject the case but will ask to resubmit the required document

If he submits fake documents, and IRCC has doubts and request docs be resubmitted, that’s the problem “resubmit”. They won’t be asking for additional docs; and once you submit a different set of docs in a “resubmit” request, that’s trouble. Think about it... I wish you all the best.

PCC depends on which country you’re applying for and how long it takes to process; in some countries you can get it the same day, while some can take a week or more. If you’ll be applying for FBI PCC, definitely start NOW (mine delayed my application for 4 months), otherwise wait until it’s requested.

Yes. That screenshot is standard.

If you’re done with medicals, it means you’ve passed the eligibility screening, and you probably won’t be required to submit those job related docs.

No one can accurately calculate how long the process will take. It’s a matter of patience.

I believe a letter from your foreign employer stating your job duties and period/length of employment.
