Supporting documents for work experience

Hi everyone,

Could you please share your experience re supporting documents we need to prove work experience?
1. If case my employer refused to provide "a business card of the person signing the Reference letter", what can I provide instead? Will my application be rejected considering I provide a proper reference letter?

2. I'm confused that there are 2 employment records documents requested in my checklist: first is Reference letter, and second - LOE. They both are related to the same job position which is still current. Should I submit LOE in both cases and put explanation that the job is still current? Do you think this is kind of system's bug?

No one I know included a business card. The employment verification will already have the contact information of the individual preparing the letter.
