My wife and I have already obtained Canadian visas under the Can+ category. Now, I would like to apply for visas for our children. Although their US visas are currently in administrative processing (AP), they have previously traveled to the US multiple times.

My question is, what documents should I include with their Canadian visit visa application? Please advise!

You and you spouse may have gotten approved because you were leaving your children behind. They need to apply for a TRVs just like everyone else. They need to attempt to show that they will return home as well but that becomes much harder for children. Registration in school, fee payment for the future semester, etc.

I believe the primary reason for visa allocation was not the need to leave the children, but rather the possession of a valid US visa, which is a more suitable justification. It seems you might have overlooked the "word can plus" category.

So the children have valid US visas? Being able to apply under CAN+ doesn’t mean guaranteed approval and children may still be asked proof of return. Many people on this forum are denied under CAN+ and have valid US visas.

Why would someone require a justification when their I-94 indicates frequent travel to and from the USA? Do you still believe there's a need for justification?

There are so many posts under Visitor section on people who have US visa and are refused. That is an issue that you must raise with IRCC if refused. If you can ties to return then no harm in doing so and strengthens the application. If they have a valid US visa right now with frequent travel while abiding by US immigration laws then they should be okay and be approved. If refused due to ties then you need to show the ties.
