I've been accepted for a research based Masters' program in Manitoba (May 2015 intake; 2-year program) and I am in the process of gathering documents for visa application. I am aware of most of the documents except for some and I request any experienced successful applicant to help me out here. I will be applying online.
University fees = Sem1+Sem2+Sem3+Sem4
= $4,600+$4,600+$1,000+$1,000
= $11,200
[Tuition fee of 1st semester is paid]
Funding available to me by the University for 1st year = $17,000
Funds available from my Sponsor (Mother) = $12,000 ......."in the form of two Fixed Deposits in her name since last one year"
I assume that these two proofs would suffice together as POFs.
But, I want to know what all documents do I need to submit in this regards.
As per my information I would need to arrange for the following docs:
1) Letter from Bank stating the amount of Fixed Deposits in my Mother's name.
2) Affidavit of Support, from my Mother .....(on a stamp paper, signed by notary public)
3) Sponsor Letter, by my Mother ......(on a regular A4 size paper, signed by herself)
4) Bank Statement of an Active account, of my Mother (But, the balance amount if is no more than $1000 for the past four months... will it give any negative points?)
5) My Letter of Acceptance mentions about the funding in just 2 lines, that my supervisor agreed to give $17,000... Do I need to ask for anything else to prove the funding availed to me by the university?
6) Tuition fee payment receipt
Please guide me accordingly. I would be really very grateful for it.

P.S. : I cannot take education loan; I plan to live off-campus.
