Hi,
I am Canadian and my husband is S.Korean on post-grad work permit until 2020. We got married in June and we're just about to submit our spousal sponsorship papers . I am however, confused about this supporting document :
Korea (Republic of) – Instruction(s) for documents
2. Also, this is an off-topic question, we plan to visit South Korea together next June. Can my husband be re-admitted back to Canada since he has a work permit ?

- If the principal applicant holds a passport from this country, they must submit:
- A copy and certified translation of the “Family Relation Certificate” issued within six months of the date of application.
- A copy and a certified translation of your “Marriage Relation Certificate”.
