Hi I would like to ask for your opinion. Is it okay to apply for EOI now, even if my supporter-close relative(sister) will be one year on March 17, 2016?
Is it okay to apply in advance?

No, as per Manitoba Support Stream, the Manitoba Supporter must provide documentation showing they currently reside and are established in Manitoba, and have been living in the province for at least one year.
