Support Letter issued by the province indicating their support

I applied for a BOWP using my nomination certificate because I still don't have an AOR number.
I just got an email from CIC stating that they need a support letter from the province (Alberta).
I have no idea what letter they are talking about.
Anyone else got a similar request?

Hi! you needed to email your province and ask for a letter of support. Or you may call them to if you have the number. I did it in my renewal of WP
They send the letter thru mail

May I ask when did you apply for work permit and which province you have been nominated by?

I was nominated by Alberta. My work permit application was acknowledged by CIC on Feb 2nd.
I just received the email last night.

Yeah it's employer driven but it states on my nomination that I have no restrictions on employment because I'm currently on a PGWP.
