2.If yes what will be first column ? I came to canada for study in 2009 what should be to ? after that i went INDIA in 2010 december ?
3.In personal history ? Am i suppose to fill the visits to home country from canada while I was a student ?
4. Am I suppose to fill the dependent declaration IMM0008_DEP form for my spouse ? As far i remember i dont need to fill it since its only me n my spouse in my application we have no dependent and you only need to fill it if u have 5 0r more dependent but please let me know...

Ummm....my rule of thumb is that I list all trips outside of my habitual residence. So, if I'm living somewhere for longer than 6 months and intend to keep residing there, then I list the trips to home country, as they are outside of my habitual residence.

However, even if you didnt fill this out, I doubt it would be a big deal, since you are a citizen of that country and are already providing PCC for it.

1. you can, but not an issue if you dont
2. it says "list any trips outside of your country of origin or residence," therefore, I would list that you came for school. dates should be of your actual stay for studies or from your permit. after, list the trip to india, since you are now residing in canada.
3. i would say again "list any trips outside of your country of origin or residence," so I would do it for the sake of covering your bases
4. i dont believe you need to do it, since you dont have any dependants

how much you go into detail depends on you. i had to cover everything, but thats cuz i traveled a lot for work and had special access credentials that allowed me to enter countries without a passport. even if you dont cover every trip, i dont believe it should be a problem.

but this also depends on the VO. I saw a post recently where they requested additional/updated info on personal travel as a follow up request. luck of the draw friend! good luck.. :)
