Need help with supplementary travel information

Questions :

1. I am from india, so I made few trips back home every year. Am i suppose to include those ?

2. If above answer is yes, then how it should be ..Do u think below example is correct
Example Calgary to delhi 3 dec 2008 length of stay 27 days home country
Delhi to calgary 1st Jan 2009 length of stay 1 year study
Calgary to delhi 1 dec 2010 length of stay 27 days home country
Delhi to calgary 1st Jan 2011 length of stay 1 year work

3. If I backpack europe, am i suppose to include every country now
spain to itlay
itlay to germany
germnay to vienna
vienna to calgary

Did you go there after you turn 18 or within the last 10 years? if YES, than you need to include those as well.

Example:

Date of Arrival to Date of Departure Duration Destination (City and Country) Purpose
example date to example date 3 days City, Spain Tourism
example date to example date 2 days City, Italy Tourism

yes, you need to include trips back to home country. just follow my previous example when you fill it out. put down the date, duration, destination, and purpose of your trips. if the boxes are not enough, type / write it out on a separate sheet of paper
