Hi guys!

Quick question! This papers has to be filled out by the person who is going to be sponsored, but it also says to include travels of your common-law partner or spuse travels. I am sponsoring my boyfriend we are legally common law and even if Im a Canadian citizen do I have to fill it still?

Quick question! This papers has to be filled out by the person who is going to be sponsored, but it also says to include travels of your common-law partner or spuse travels. I am sponsoring my boyfriend we are legally common law and even if Im a Canadian citizen do I have to fill it still?

You only fill this one out if you are submitting to the Paris visa office. But yes unless someone knows better than me you should fill it out if it specifically asks for the spouse/common law partners travel.
