Is it necessart to contact one of faculty member as supervixe before taking admission in a graduate program???
i contact some of them no one reply

No its not necessary.Just apply dont waste your time.

If you are applying for a MSc (Research) or PhD, then it's a YES! You should have a research supervisor before applying for admission.

contact them during 8:00am to 8:45am , after mailing do call them regarding what have u mailed or whatever u wanna talk about.
