Hello my friends, I really need some advise on the Supervisa application.

I want to get my parents the Supervisa next year and my income will be Lower than the LICO but my common law partner has her income as well which is really good and over the line. Can she be my co-singer while I apply for my parents in order to meet the LICO? (Family size will be 4, me, my common law, my parents).

My common law and me have lived together, obtain the Provincial issused certificate and also claimed Tax together.

I am a Canadian Citizen and my common law is PR and my parents have came to Canada twice in 2014 and 2019 with the 10 years mutiple entry vsia.

I would like to know if I am safe to apply for it next year?

Yes as long as nothing changes your parents should be able to apply for a supervisa. That isn’t considered sponsoring your parents. You will be inviting them to come visit you and be visiting you using a supervisa not a normal visiting visa.
