I have a question regarding supervisa for my mother. My case looks like this:
* I just received my COPR and don't have the PR card yet. I have been in Canada for 9 months on Work Permit. I have 1 NOA with me but that was only for 1.5 months since I came to Canada in November 2021.
* I have a stable job with a good salary (100k+ software)
* My mother is a government employee in India and has strong ties to India.
Now, I was applying for a visitor visa for my mother but since I got my COPR, I am planning to go with supervisa.
* Do they give supervisa to a govt. employed person? Since they can argue that you won't get that long vacation so you should go for a visitor visa? Will they argue that why do you need a visa where you can stay for 5 years?
* Should my mother file retirement first and then apply for supervisa?
* Also since I am kind of a newcomer in Canada with just 1 NOA but a good job, should I opt for her supervisa?
