Dear Experts,

I have a query around SuperVisa application. Me and wife are PR holders, my wife does not work yet, Can I sponsor my Mother-in-law on SuperVisa?

I can have my wife as co-signer, will that work? If not should we go for Visitor visa. My mother-in-law wants to visit us for few weeks/months sometimes this summer.

Yes, you can if your income crosses the LICO threshold.

Yes. Do include a copy of your marriage certificate + your wife's birth certificate (proof of relationship to her mom)

If your mother-in-law would like to visit for only a few weeks/months then a TRV would be a better option.

She can apply later for a super visa when she intends to stay for up to 2 years (only on the first entry)

Thank you for your quick response. I just have to plan it accordingly now.
