SUPERVISA qustion about forms

My in-laws are about to apply for TRV, they are visiting UK now and want to submit their application online.

When filling out the forms for country of residence should they write their country of origin or the UK where they are visiting now?

And also when submitting an application online does one choose a processing office? how is the processing office selected?

the processing office is determined by the location from which you are applying i.e Country of Residence
I would recommend you have them apply and choose their country of residence as they will be temporary residents in the uk
and proving ties might be a bit challenging
