My Mother is in Canada on a Supervisa and the visa will expire within the next 6 months.

1. How early can I apply for Supervisa?
2. Instead of going back to my Home country for Supervisa can I take my mother to the USA and get the Super VISA done? What is the timeline for Super Visa from USA?
