Hope you are well.
Need some advice about supervisa

1.Is there a minimum time fromgetting PR before you get eligible for supervisa sponsorship

2.how much time need to be spent outside canada after 2 year before parents can return back to canada

3.if they are not getting PR in 10 years,can supervisa be renewed.

4 my father has parkinson diasease and he cannot walk without wheeled frame,Will it be a hindernace for his super visa

1. You can apply as soon as you have a job and are making enough income to meet the low income cut off.
2. Generally your parents would want to remain outside of Canada for around a year before attempting to return for another 2 year visit.
3. Yes.
4. Yes - it's possible this could prevent a super visa from being approved.
