I really need help with this. I applied for a super Visa for my mom ( Cairo office) on February the 15. it is now April 20 and I heard nothing from them. The announced processing time for Cairo office was 33 days, now it is more than 60 days with no news. I called the immigration office in Canada but they told me there is nothing they can do. What is my option in this case? they even have my mom passport. What can I do, should I speak to lawyer?

Order GCMS notes for CAD5 The visa officers enter their file notes in the Global Case Management System (GCMS).
