Applied online for supervisa for my parents about 2 months ago and did the medicals couple of weeks ago.. Today I received a new msg from cic saying a decision has been made and they are requesting the passports but doesn't say if the visa is approved or not..

Since passports has been requested does that mean the visa was approved? TIA

typically pp request means their visa has been conditionally approved. You still have to send them the pp within 30 days or they will refuse your application.
