Hi All,

if it is not at right thread please move

my mom has super Visa and she is visiting us in Canada. She is here for almost 10 months. I know a super visa holder can stay up to 2 years continue. there is no stamp in mom's passport at the time of entry.

My question is at the time of entry probably mom said she will be staying for 1 year(as she doesn't speak English). so after 1 year do we need to renew visa or still she can stay up to 2 year.

there is no stamp anything in her passport.

please guide.

No, she can stay for up to 2 years without applying to extend her stay

Sorry to butt-in to your thread, when you say no stamp did you at least get a stamp for date of entry? My MiL is in the same situation, she re-entered Canada January 28, 2019.
