Hi

I applied for my parents super visa on 06 march (online through Canada) and parents live in India.They got biometric letter on 8 march and my parents got them (biometrics) done today -12 march.
Next step would be medical? Is police check required too? is it wise to prepare the police certificate in advance or we should wait?

PCC is not required for a super visa application unless the visa office requests it

For what? PCC? Or a super visa?

Processing times vary depending on the specifics of the application. Ideally, they should have done the medicals upfront. That might have expedited the process. But, not to worry. Once they get medical requests + pass the medicals then it is pretty much smooth sailing

I applied my mother's supervisa on May 08. Biometrics were submitted on 16 may and Visitor ack letter was received on 23 May. After that, no updates. Please advise.
