SuperVisa or TRV for parents Pros and Cons

hi All

can anyone from the seniors define what are pros and cons for SuperVisa vs TRV.
i am going to apply for my parents but i want to know what is the best approach. My parents are planing to fly here in Oct for 5-6 months.
