Hiii
My grandmother got Supervisa for 5 years (as her passport expires after 5 years) and when she arrives at Toronto airport, immigration officer asked her to show insurance paper. She didn't have it handy at that time and the officer reduced visa to 6 month. In fact, I have bought full insurance for her starting before she arrived in Canada, but wasn't aware that she need it show when she arrives. So, is it now possible for her to get Supervisa back or she need to extend 6 month visitor visa? I don't know exact procedure for this. Please If anyone knows here I need guidance.
Thanks,
