Dear Followers,
I am seeking insights on a particular issue. My grandmother holds a Super Visa that is set to expire on June 28th, 2024. She recently entered Canada on February 7th, 2024. My question is: Can she continue to stay in Canada after her visa expires, for the duration of two years, or is she required to leave Canada in June?
We are considering applying for a Tourist Visa from within Canada this time, as the Super Visa has numerous requirements and she will not be staying with us for two years.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks.
