Hi everybody!
Happy new year!
I have two questions:
- my mom is currently here in Canada on visitor's visa extension. I would like to extend her stay by applying for SuperVisa. How is it possible to apply for it being in Canada? Is she supposed to send the passport to some immigration office to get new visa stamped in? Or immigration office will send a paper, indicating the new visa extension, like they did before, when I extended her visitors visa?
The problem is - she needs to travel back to home country soon for short time and we need to make sure that she can return Canada without any problems.
- is it true, that in order to apply for parent sponsorship, the applicant should meet some criteria, namely - be able to submit tax assessments for the last 3 years, and these assessments also should meet some minimum thresholds?
Thanks!
