Hi,
My parents have visitor visa and have visited twice in span of 4 years. Now I am applying for supervisa while they're back in India and wondering if they come to Canada on visitor and get approved for supervisa while in Canada, How would that work? or if that'll create any issues in application?

They also have US visitor visa if there's any workaround to it.

Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

They would need to leave Canada to initiate the suoervisa. It is always risky to leave Canada only to try and initiate a supervisa. If your parents have spent a substantial amount of time in Canada in the recent past and it appears as they have been trying to live in Canada they could be denied reentry. It could take as little as a few weeks to a few months to get their response from their supervisa. If they are returning their home in India after a visit in Canada they should be in India for at least a few months. If they haven’t done a medical in the past year they will have to do a medical which will also be much more affordable in India.
