Hello there, do you know if it's moving? Like the update that is showing on the online portal? My parents sent their application in last week of December 2023. They have seen that the medical exam and biometrics dates have been updated on their file.

I did through lawyer and biometric was already from done from previous application.. am gonna call her today

I hope everything works out well. Sharing my Mom's timeline with upfront medical:

Dec 27- Application submitted through online portal
Dec 27- Biometrics Instruction Letter
Jan 4- Update on portal (medical passed)
Jan 10- Update on portal (biometrics completed)
Jan 18- Passport Request
