My dad has an approved supervisa. He wants to visit us.me and my sister are pr holders. Does the travel restrictions apply to him as well?. Can he visit us?

1. Yes, a visit is not an essential trip.

Note that apart from the travel restriction may well find any travel insurance no longer covers anything to do with COVID so not a good time for anyone to visit at present.
