SuperVisa for my parents. Need help

Hi,

Need help, I applied for my parents super visa application last year in April and I am still waiting for a response. The online account shows that the medical has been cleared which was requested after just 1-2 weeks of applying. It just says Background and Security check pending. What do I do in this case?

I read somewhere that I can get a letter from my Ward Councillor and submit it to IRCC which might get me a response?

I am a PR holder and working in Canada for over 3 years now, earlier on my Post graduation work permit and then on my PR. And my Sister is a PR holder as well, married, living here.

Letter wont make any difference.
Its better to wait little more as most of the important things already done in your parents case.
