Hello!
Im sure all of us are all waiting for a better situation to invite our love ones from our own respective backhomes but since we do not have any single clue when does this (COVID19) end, my fiance and I decided to do our micro wedding on August this year and we are taking a chance to invite our parents on both sides. Combined income, we have more than $100,000 but Im concerened about the current situation right now and also the slow processing.
And can we sponsor both parents from both sides through supervisa?
Any opinion please?
I would really appreciate. Thanks!

Yes both your parents can apply for supervisas if you have earned enough income to meet LICO. Your sister wo;; need to apply for a TRV.

Just read that your father applied for asylum in the US in the past 5 years and withdrew his application and returned home and you are a refugee. It will be much harder for your father and sister to get visas. Somehow you got very lucky and your mother was granted a TRV.

Deposits on venues, invitations, etc. Supervisa approval will not be based on a wedding.
