Please advice process for SuperVisa as I want to apply for my mother and do not understand where to begin. Should i hire a lawyer to do it as we got Visit visa rejected once.

I too want to apply for super visa for my parents. They visited me once on visitor visa. Do they have to show assets , bank statements like for visitor visa?
I full fil LICO and have bought a medical insurance for them.

Not necessarily. In Supervisa, you are basically taking the responsibility to give them support financially, but can be used to show that they have strong ties in India, which will bring them back (which is illogical I think, as money can be transferred anytime anywhere).
