Supervisa date of birth correction

I received medical invitation for my mother's supervisa application but the date of birth on the medical invitation is incorrect. I checked all the forms that I filled for this apply and they seem to have the correct date. This is my second apply for my mother and I have found that on my first application her date of birth was wrong. Now how should I correct her date of birth.
Any idea how to do it
