I am applying for Supervisa for my mom. She currently hold TRV which is valid till 2028. I am a PR and also far exceed the LICO requirements. The issue is my brother who is on a study permit and my sister who came as a visitor but due to the public policy for LMIA work permit she has applied for the work permit. All of us are living together and my mom is currently with me in Canada. She is planning to go back to the home country and when she does I will be applying for her supervisa.
The question is when I fill out the family information form I will mention my brother and sister and they will be on my address in Canada. So will there be any issues with Supervisa application. Can I include my brother and sister details in the invitation letter and not cause any issues with the Supervisa. Although we have a home back in our home country but ties could be a problem as not sure how they will assess supervisa application. Also my brother has his own job since he works and have paystubs as well.
