Supervisa - birth of child case but arriving later

This is for a supervisa for mom..

We got letter of invitation from the Doctor stating it would be helpful for the delivery if mother was there. But issue is now she can only come 3 months after birth.

Do I get new letter from Doctor or just send that in and write in explanation the change of plans?

A note from your doctor will have no influence a supervisa application. Approval of your application will be based on your income.

And medical test too, some sv applicants are stuck with medical test like my mom after 2 months still no update.
