Supervisa been waiting more than a year

My parents applied for a supervisa since March 2022 and till now I got nothing except the biometric request.
They didn't get medical request and didn't ask for any additional documents. I'm really hopeless, I don't know what to do or why is it taking that long.
if anybody has any ideas or suggestions on what to do let me know or if anyone is in similar situations please leave a message.

If you are in Canada and are their representative, call IRCC and ask for update. Or raise a webform. Don’t know where they live but processing can be almost a year.
