I am in the process of gathering information for the supervisa application of my mother and father. I am confused in two fronts:
1. Are we supposed to use the GCKey account or the new IRCC Portal? Has anyone used the new IRCC portal in the context of SUPERVISA? I have seen some people on this forum saying that they were issued a normal visitor visa instead of the supervisa. Can anyone confirm if the new IRCC portal can be used for super visa?
2. If we use the GCKey account for the application, how do you submit application for BOTH parents. Are you supposed to create two seperate GCKey accounts with two seperate applications? or can I submit documents for both parents in one GCKey application (i.e attach IMM 5484 for mother and father together in one GCKey account)? Anyone who has applied for BOTH parents please share how you submitted the application?
