SUPERVISA AFTER THE HEALTH!!!!!!

Hello ,

my parents applied for there super visa on MAY/14 /2013 and got there medical form on MAY/27/2013
the medicals wore done on June/10 and was sent by the doctors office one June/18/2013 , since than we have been
waiting desperately for the answer.
we haven't received any additional medical stuff that has to be done and we haven't received any answers from them.

In the mean time I send them a letter too.

Can anyone please explain what could be the reason for delays.? Our visa office is NEW DELHI ,INDIA
I know that had a strike but than its like 3 months now .

Answer to this question would be really helpful.

The office in India is on strike so expect delays I have clients in your position right now. I would follow up but you if bother them too often they will delay the file even further. This office is overwhelmed and understaffed due to the strike.

Are your clients waiting for more than 3 months now ,my parents did there medical 3 months ago and than waiting and waiting.
I am afraid the application has been misplaced or Is the 3 months waiting period normal for New delhi CIC.

It would be really helpful if you tell me what is maximum time that your clients have waited.

I have clients waiting a lot longer. There is nothing you can do the embassy is on strike you just have to be patient. I mean really patient some people have been waiting for a long time with the embassy in India.

Hope is good.

Just be patient they are backlogged I am sure one the backlog clears up hopefully you will have a reply with an approval for the super visa.
