Supervisa 2nd Entry

Info and timeline:

Issued supervisa Dec 2017
My mom passports expire on Nov 2020
Supervisa expires on Nov 2020 also

First Entry was April 2018
and got stamped to leave on April 2020
She exited Canada last June 2019
Came back to Canada for 2nd visit July 2019
She didn't got stamped for her next exit

My question is:
1) Can she leave on Nov 2020 instead since
it's her 2nd visit (new info said 2 yrs stay)
2) No stamp, does it means she need to leave after 6 months
3) Or does she need to leave before April 2020 as the last stamp stated

No stamp means 6mos but you can apply for extension. I did that for my mom they requested a medical got my extension but iwas only for 4months

The rules changed. 2 years is for each stay.

I am applying again for my mom this year but instead i just did regular visa because of my bad experience with supervisa last time
