hi everyone.. im an immigrant here in canada as well as my brother and we were planning to sponsor our father in the philippines to come here but the thing is we could not reach the incomde needed to sponsor him. someone told me that we can apply for a super visa for my father.. the question is what are the requirements in applying super visa for parents.

You need to meet the following minimum income requirements:

Super-visa would be an expensive route. First try inviting your parent with simple trv (visit visa) and let him stay for 6 months ( do not overstay at any cost). Next try for the multiple entry trv, again not overstaying the visa dates. By that time, hopefully you would meet the income criteria.
