I am preparing to apply for super visa for my parents. I am Canadian citizen and my wife is PR holder. I have few queries which I am not sure how to deal with.
  1. We are not able to get marriage certificate for our parents, got married in 1981. Any alternate option?
  2. Instead of showing funds to support their stay in Canada from India, is that okay to show fund here in my Canadian bank account?
  3. My father is a farmer, do I need to submit any supporting documents for it?
Thank you in advance for your response.

For a supervisa, you show that you meet LICO for the number of people in your family with your NOA from CRS. The can provide their bank accounts but meeting LICO is what is important, not bank statements. You can submit whatever supporting documents they have to return to India. Can’t answer about marriage certificate.

Meeting LICO is important but so are bank statements to show that you have the funds to support your parents and have the funds for any unexpected issues that may happen while in Canada like needing dental care for example. Would also include proof of savings for the parents as well.
