Question on super visa insurance for parents. Has any one used MSG Canada Insurance Inc.? Are they reliable and will they respond if there is a claim to be made?

Do we need to pay full medical insurance for super visa before submitting application? Or can we pay super visa medical insurance in monthly installment?

Can we buy it from india or if I am applying from canada? is it refundable if parents only visit for 2-3mos??

Can someone please suggest on that??
