Hi I am new on this forum. I have question I was PR till 2008 and my spouse was PR may 2014. While she was PR she sponsored me as spouse and my file went in process mode. Due some reason my wife came back to India and lost her PR status. I was interviewed by visa officer in mar'2015. Since my wife in India with lost PR status visa officer asked to apply for PRD (Permanent Resident Returning Document). She could not get PRD due to that my PR application was rejected. Now both of has lost our PR status. Our complete family 3 daughter AND 1 Son is in canada and they are doing good. Now my question is can I apply for Super Visa if yes, what reason should I and my wife write for answering Q 'Have you ever been refused to enter/visa for Canada'

It's unrealistic for you to expect an answer that quickly. If you want fast advice - hire a lawyer and don't bother posting your questions here. If you want free advice - learn to be patient and be prepared to wait many hours or even days for an answer.

Yes - one of your children can bring you to Canada on a super visa provided that one child makes enough income to meet LICO. I would answer "yes" to the refused question and provide details about both your wife's PRTD refusal and your PR application refusal. Make sure you provide plenty of evidence of ties to your home country.

Yes one of my child can call who meets LICO. Regarding tie ups both of us working and I am working Goverment organisation and can get NOC to travel. My wife also can get NOC. Also we have 3-4 properties, good amount of funds.
