me & my wife are applying for my Mother-in-law's super visa from Bangladesh, Can anyone tel me if we have to give invitation letter jointly, as we need to show both of our income to get minimum income income cut-off limit? thanks guys!

it would make more sense if she writes the letter, because it's her mom.

You need to provide proof of income to meet the minimum income threshold which can be the combined income of both you and your spouse.
