Hi All, recently in April 2023 my parents landed in Canada via Toronto airport. They had super visa (PG-1), however at kiosk they have not stamped the passport, does that mean they can stay for 5 years or do I need to extend their stay by applying again.

Anyone in above situation please help.

Hey there,
If they don’t stamp the visa, that means it’s the default permitted stay (which is 5 years now for Super Visa). And after 5 years, you can apply to get an extension for another 2 years.

However, if they stamp the visa then the date on the stamp is the date you need leave on.
Hope it helps.
Good luck!
